Women in natural sciences, especially in physics and engineering, are still a minority. Thus, the number of women in higher academic positions is still small. For that reason, one of the major goals of the Research Training Group (RTG) "Models of Gravity" is to strongly encourage young women to aspire an academic career in physics. Therefore, we identified and established arrangements to promote scientific careers for female students in our fields of research.
